Please fill out the below application to become a vendor at the Lake County Fair. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT. If your application is approved through a juried process, you will be sent a contract outlining the terms of the agreement, rules and regulations, documentation needed (insurance, permits, etc), and required payment amount. Please read the FAQs on the vendor website prior to submitting this application.
If you are providing a service or handing out information, please be specific as to what you will offer. Only items listed will be considered for inclusion in the contract. Please also add prices if you are a food vendor.
