Volunteers are a very vital part of the success of the Lake County Fair. From greeting guests at the gates or at one of our information booths, there truly is a role for everyone who wishes to be a part of the Lake County Fair.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age as of July 23, 2025.For beer tents, volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.For bingo, volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.Proof of age may be required.

Serve refreshing beers on tap at our outdoor bar without the hassle of handling sales or money. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and help make our event a great experience for all guests. Volunteers must be 21+
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our guests, assisting them with any questions they may have, distributing maps, and providing valuable information about the fair.
Help sell bingo cards between games and assist with verifying winning cards. Enjoy the fun and excitement of bingo while contributing to a smoothly run event. Bingo happens outdoors in our beer tent.Volunteers must be 18+
Help collect and organize entries for our exciting competitions in crafts, cooking, flower arrangements and more. You'll also monitor the pavilions area (inside our Expo Hall) to ensure a fun and orderly environment for all.
Help with various tasks such as greeting guests, managing traffic, registering buyers, and assisting with buyer check out. Be a crucial part of our auction and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. The livestock auction is held outdoors in our livestock barn.
